So, job done! The manuscript is ready and now at the printing house. So sorry to let you waiting so long! Please forgive me.

On Friday, 1 February, I discovered that I forgot to upload FOUR pages with 18 pictures of the U.S. Army to the Printing House... oh, oh! But it's corrected - these pages will be addes at the very END of the Book! Sorry for the lay-out but they will be included!
It seems that I developed IMC's bad habits of publishing...!!!
