This idea started after acquiring a batch of original Model 340 "CAV" parts. The "pièce de résistance" is a 100% complete sidecar including frame, seats and all mounting hardware. All in original 1940 color. Just a slight German "Panzergrau" is applied over the original "Olive Drab, High Gloss" layer. Credited to the ‘other owner’.
So the idea was born to recreate a complete Model 340 "CAV" with original parts in their original livery. So NO restoration, only a static project, bolted together as-is. A ‘time capsule", a historical gem. NO manipulating, NO sandblasting, NO paint spraying, NO whatsoever... Just the real McCoy...
Sit back and enjoy... The resurrection of the "CAV" 1940... Please check my "WANTED LIST"... If you have anything to offer... please !?
