Model 340
This short movieclip shows a German squad on newly "acquired" Model 340’s.
It is believed that the unit belong to the 2.SS Pz Div. "Das Reich".
This unit came in 1943 back to France from the Eastern Front.

All motorcycles sport a French made 4th attachment arm to the front of the sidecar. This adaptable arm connects the front of the sidecar frame to the motorcycle frame.

The motorcycles show a French flag to the side of the sidecar and are equipped with white-wall tires. Probably a former drill-squad (FR: "carrousel") or an escort-duty motorcycle squad.
